Habia Cable statement regarding the invasion of Ukraine
We are deeply troubled by the devastating crisis in Ukraine, and our thoughts are with all those impacted.

Habia Cable’s Ukrainian employees – primarily located in our factory in Szczecin, Poland – have all been reported safe, however many of their family members remain in Ukraine or have taken refuge in Poland, including in Szczecin.
Our highest priority at this time is to support our colleagues and their families, as well as provide assistance to refugees in the Szczecin area.
Some of our employees in Szczecin have generously decided to open their own homes to refugees. Employees at our factories in Poland, Sweden and Germany are also organizing a collection of necessary items such as clothing, blankets, toys and food, which Habia Cable will provide shipping for. We are grateful for the generosity shown by our employees, and as a company we will continue to support the humanitarian efforts as the need evolves.
Impact on our business
Habia Cable has a limited amount of business with Russian and Ukrainian customers. We have, however, taken the decision to suspend all sales and shipments to Russia for the time being.
We are also aware that our products may end up in equipment that is sold to Russia. We therefore encourage all our customers to stay abreast of the evolving sanctions and regulations, and to consider reviewing their business activities with and in Russia, if they have not already done so.
We would also like to assure our customers that Habia Cable has no direct suppliers in Russia or Ukraine, and as such are not aware of any disturbances in our supply chain or deliveries due to the conflict at this time. We will of course keep you informed if we expect or encounter any impact on our business as a result of the crisis.
If you have any questions or concerns relating to this matter, please don't hesitate to contact us.
