Giving the gift of education this festive season
As part of its annual holiday donation, Habia will be supporting the United Nations Refugee Agency (UNHCR) to help make education more accessible to children on the run.
In October 2022, Wipperfürth-based HEW-KABEL Holding GmbH acquired the Swedish company Habia Cable, beginning a merger to form one, stronger player in the global cable and connectivity market. As this alignment and merger process continues, restructuring is being undertaken at HEW-KABEL and HEW-KABEL Holding GmbH, which will both move forward under new management.
We are pleased to announce that Jörg Kuck has taken on responsibility for HEW-KABEL and SiC as the new Managing Director. Carl Modigh, who has been leading the business of the new combined HEW-KABEL and Habia Cable as CEO since January 2023, will now also formally take over the management of HEW-KABEL Holding GmbH, together with Hans Jörg Kaltenbrunner.
We look forward to continuing our strong cooperation and working together to build a common future as a new leading specialist cable and connectivity company.
We would like to thank Peter Van Loo for his work and leadership over the past four years and wish him all the very best for the future.
