Production planner with responsibility for process development

We are currently looking for a Production planner with process development responsibility for our operations in Söderfors.

Description of the role

As a Production planner at Habia Cable, you are expected to have a very good knowledge of production logistics and a how production planning and production process works in a customer-ordered driven production.

The daily work includes managing the contact with our internal sales departments, where you represent the factory. You respond to our delivery capability and provide accurate delivery message.

Your daily operational work takes place in the IFS business system and its associated application for advanced production planning, APB. Linked to the system, it is your task to develop and streamline the production planning process, to become a process of speed and accuracy.

Our expectations of you

You have good knowledge and experience of working with production planning in customer order driven production processes.

You are an analytical person who can plan and structure your work independently and your driving force is implementation and results. You also have the ability to see potential improvements to the business and drive the work to realize them.

You have good experience of change management, you know how to implement improvements and are not the one who back off when your changes faces resistance.

You should have postgraduate degree in logistics or purchasing or equivalent knowledge acquired in another way.

Certification against APICS or equivalent is credible.

A few years of experience in qualified production planning is a requirement. If you have previously worked as process developer in the industrial sector, it is a clear merit.

You have previously worked in any of the market's established business systems where work in IFS is a clear advantage.

You should have good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).

You have a very good ability to pronounce yourself in speech and writing, both in Swedish and in English. Knowledge in German is a merit. We put great importance on personal characteristics.

Travel to other factories or offices of Habia Cable may occur.
