Area Sales Manager

As Area Sales Manager, you are responsible for selling Habia Cables' offer primarily to the Norwegian offshore market, where you also will spend some of your working hours/weeks. You will also get a Key Account responsibility for a number of customers in the industrial sector towards the Swedish market, which you are expected to manage and successfully develop.

You will be an important part of the Northern Europe & Export sales team which consists of experienced colleagues who are responsible for other regions and you report to the regional manager who is stationed in England. The head office is based in Bredden, Upplands Väsby, and you probably live in the area of Stockholm.

Main responsibilities

  • Developing the business towards our existing customers but also a focus on new business opportunities with high focus on Norway and the offshore market
  • Key Account responsibility for Swedish customers towards the industrial sector
  • Responsible for the business development and budget within your region
  • Set up plans and activities to achieve high goals including fairs, events etc.
  • Ensure that we deliver products that meet customer and market requirements

Your profile

You enjoy working independently while being part of a strong team. As a person, you are driven and work in a structured, result-oriented and persistent way to achieve your high goals. You have a positive basic attitude and enjoy communicating both internally and with customers. You speak fluent Swedish and are also comfortable with English in both speech and writing. As a person, you are positive and flexible and appreciate the meeting with the customer. You also hold a B driving licence.

Your background

For us the most important thing is that we find the right person. It does not necessarily mean that you have 100% the technical expertise, even if it is of course an advantage if you have worked in our industry and / or have a great technical interest. However, it is important for us that you have a genuine selling background in product / project sales with good track record.
