Technical support / Office manager – based in Breda, the Netherlands (M/F)

To sustain our growth, we are opening a Technical support / Office coordinator position for our sales office in Breda, the Netherlands. In this role, you will report to the West Europe Manager of Habia Cable.

Your role and responsibilities:

Coordination of the activity of our Breda office

  • Ensure the office works according to our processes
  • Coordinate the office related matters on a daily basis
  • Have a regular direct contact with West Europe Manager

Technical support (after training to our product, materials and manufacturing processes)

  • Internal technical support to our Breda team: give guidance to select the right products / accept or decline enquiries / handle the custom design enquiries along with our design teams in our factories
  • External technical support to customers: interact with the sales team and / or the customer directly to understand the technical requirements and translate into cable and systems design solutions

Requirement for the position:

  • You have a degree corresponding to a 2 to 4 year diploma (Electricity; Electro-tech/mechanic or equivalent)
  • You are computer literate
  • You know how to work in teams
  • You have good communication skills

Good practice of English is mandatory to exchange with the Habia teams and customers globally.

This is a permanent position available immediately. Gross annual salary within the range of 35 to 45 k€ + pension.
